Users Who Submit Their Information On TurboClients.com Will Have Their Information Shared With The Following Parties: Owners/Employees/Subcontractors Of Lendzz LLC, Referral Agent(s) Who Purchase Leads From Lendzz LLC, The Referral Exchange, LLC, Real Estate One, LLC, And Any Of The Multiple Real Estate Brokers And Agents Who May Receive Referrals From The Referral Exchange And/Or Real Estate One. Typically, Users Who Submit Their Data Are Matched With Up To Four Real Estate Agents, However, This Number Could Be Higher If The User Asks For More Matches Or Due To Other Circumstances.

Indemnity:

You, the “User,” agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), and all of its agents, referral partners, referring partners, partner network, officers, investors, partners, owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability. You understand that upon submitting a request to find a real estate agent, get a home value estimate, or any other form on our website, TurboClients.com will sell the lead to a referral agent, who will submit any and all of the information that you submitted to The Referral Exchange, LLC, and Real Estate One, who will then submit any or all of the information that you submitted to multiple real estate agents, brokers, and other parties and/or professionals.

You agree to indemnify and hold TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), The Referral Exchange, LLC, and all of our referring agents, referred agents, third parties, and real estate professionals, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third parties due to or caused by your breach of this agreement or any action(s), inaction(s), or results from your doing business with us or any of the parties listed.

All products, services, referrals, affiliate links, leads generated, actions, inactions, and results, either positive, negative, or neutral, are offered without warranty or any guarantee to the results of such transactions. In regard to all third-party links or submission of information to third parties, TurboClients.com cannot and will not guarantee or warranty any of the services or products that these third parties provide. You, the “User,” agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC) and all of its agents, referral partners, referring partners, partner network, officers, investors, partners, owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability.

Buyer And Seller Terms: You, the “user” or “Buyer” or “Seller” or “Both Buyer AND Seller” agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), and all of its agents, referral partners, referring partners, partner network, officers, investors, partners, owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability. The User understands at some point after the user submits their personal information into one of our online forms, we will either deliver that referral to The Referral Exchange, LLC network, sell it to a real estate agent, or have a third real estate agent buy, or take your information and submit it to The Referral Exchange, LLC. The Referral Exchange, LLC may then match you with up to four real estate agents.

You are under no obligation to sign with any of those agents, however, if you do choose to sign a sales or purchase contract (or both) with any of those agents, you will then be under the terms of that contract, and you become said agent’s client and responsibility. When you submit your information with TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), you authorize us to submit that information to The Referral Exchange, LLC, and Real Estate One, authorize them to submit that information to as many agents or third parties as their terms of agreement allow. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user who submits information that is inaccurate or misleading and we reserve the right to cancel any user at any time, with no obligation on our part.

The user understands that TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), and their referral agent are not a realty brokerage or a real estate broker and we do not personally perform real estate services, however, the referral agent(s), and The Referral Exchange, LLC, and any other real estate agents involved may perform real estate services. TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), cannot and will not be held responsible or liable for any of the results or lack of results or anything else that may occur, both negative, positive, or neutral, while working with The Referral Exchange, LLC, or any of the real estate agents that they refer. TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), and their referring agent cannot and will not be held responsible or liable for any real estate outcomes.

After the referral is made, TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), and their referring agent(s) do not endorse, recommend, or know the terms of the agreement between you and any real estate professional that is referred by The Referral Exchange, LLC, or any other individual or institution. You understand that for our part in the referral process, we may receive a referral fee or percentage of the real estate commission. There is no charge from us to you and either party can terminate the relationship between you and TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), at any time for any reason and we may change our terms of service at any time for any reason.

Links And Referrals To Third Parties: TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), is a partner and/or affiliate for several third parties. TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), cannot and will not be held liable for any of the actions, inaction, results, or lack of results from any or all of the third parties that we do business with and refer business to and we cannot and will be held liable or responsible for your experience with these third parties. In regards to all third-party links or submission of information to third parties, TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), cannot and will not guarantee or warranty any of the services or products that these third parties provide.

TurboClients, Turbo Clients, TurboClients.com (parent company Lendzz LLC), generates real estate buyer and seller leads and then sells them to real estate referral agents, who in turn, use two real estate referral networks and brokerages: The Referral Exchange, LLC, and Real Estate One, LLC. Both The Referral Exchange and Real Estate One make referrals to multiple brokerages and real estate agents.
